Despite the aerodynamic specification of the boot it still provides extra protection with an external carbon-fibre heel counter and lateral pads. There is also a composite carbon fibre chassis engineered for incredible flexibility without compromising strength. Finally the boot has moulded, perforated E.V.A sock-liner cushions for impact at high speed. The boots 6 replaceable studs with aluminium tips makes it ideal for soft ground surfaces.
